You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team of 11 clinicians, with access to OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology and other allied health colleagues across a wide range of clinical experience.
The team connects through monthly MDT meetings, Teams channels, 1:1 support, clinical supervision and peer supervision groups, alongside face-to-face catch-ups where possible.
New clinicians can also access shadowing and reverse shadowing opportunities, helping you build relationships, learn from your peers and settle into your caseload.
