Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Mangalore, TAS branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to firm standards. This full-time, on-site role includes managing client engagements, coordinating tax, audit, and advisory assignments, and monitoring workflow and deadlines.

Manager will lead and mentor team members, allocate resources, review work for accuracy and compliance, and support professional development. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business development opportunities,



and preparing regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit practices, and financial advisory principles, preferably within a Chartered Accountant firm environment.
- Demonstrated experience in branch or team management, including workflow planning, performance oversight, and staff coaching.
- Proficiency in using accounting and audit software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work in office in Mangalore, TAS, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, or strong progress toward such qualification.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
