Role Description This part time, entry/junior Business Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Business

Analyst will support the analysis of business processes, gather and document business requirements, and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement across IT and digital service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing reports, supporting communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and helping translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications. The role also involves contributing to documentation, participating in meetings and workshops, and learning best practices in business analysis under guidance from more experienced team members.

- Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, Information Systems, or a related field (completed or in progress) would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and documentation tools (e.g., Word, Confluence) would be advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and show willingness to learn and develop professionally.
