We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify hospitality businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, demonstrate the ElitePOS solution and convert prospects into customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Calling and contacting cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues
- Booking and conducting product demonstrations
- Building relationships with business owners and operators
- Understanding customer needs and presenting the right ElitePOS solution
- Managing leads through to conversion
- Following up prospects and maintaining your pipeline
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and qualified
- Highly motivated and sales-driven
- Comfortable with cold calling and business development
- Excellent at building relationships
- Able to communicate the value of a product clearly
- Organised and capable of managing their own pipeline
- Experienced in POS, payments, hospitality technology, SaaS or B2B sales (preferred, but not essential)
Most importantly, you need to be hungry to win business and comfortable working in a fast-growing technology environment.
