The Role

We're after a sharp, well-spoken BDR to drive outbound cold calling into the Australian market. No scripts to read from - you'll have real conversations with decision-makers, spark interest, and book qualified meetings for our senior sales and tech team.

What You'll Do

- Cold call Australian businesses and decision‑makers using curated lists
- Get across each campaign's pitch before you dial
- Ask smart questions to suss out genuine opportunities
- Handle objections using the playbooks we give you
- Loop in a senior team member for deeper conversations
- Book qualified meetings and follow up by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Keep the CRM up to date

What You'll Bring

- 1-3 years in B2B sales/SDR/BDR, with at least 1 year of hands-on cold calling
- Experience selling IT services, software, cloud/SaaS,



or similar
- Confident, clear phone manner and strong listening skills
- Comfortable handling pushback like "not interested" or "no budget"
- Good commercial judgement; familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

Pay & Incentives

Part-time: approx. A$30–A$40/hour + super, plus a strong incentive structure tied to qualified meetings and pipeline generated. Rewards quality over volume.
