Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Parramatta BMW in Parramatta, NSW. This role is responsible for managing vehicle finance and insurance processes, preparing and presenting tailored finance packages, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and lender requirements.

The Business

Manager works closely with the sales team to support the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing customer applications, managing documentation, coordinating approvals, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics,



identifying opportunities to improve profitability, and contributing to the overall efficiency and standards of the dealership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services, with strong knowledge of consumer lending and insurance products.
- Proficiency in handling contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve shared targets and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including confidence in working with financial figures and performance reports.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct in managing customer information and financial arrangements.
- Comfort with dealership management systems and standard office software; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are highly desirable; prior experience in an automotive dealership workplace is an advantage.
