To be considered, applicants will be required to have the following:

n

- Be accredited by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) (or be eligible for said NESA accreditation).
n




- Have Tertiary Educational Qualifications at Bachelor degree level or higher that are or would be recognised by NESA preferably with a major or subjects covering the relevant subject area(s)
n
- Demonstrated Teaching experience in a secondary school
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Have a willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the College, its Marist and Mercy Charism and the Vision of Red Bend Catholic College (refer www.redbendcc.nsw.edu.au )
n
- Demonstrate a passion and aptitude for teaching
n
- Demonstrated presentation of prescribed curriculum using a range of teaching techniques and materials
n
- Demonstrated practitioner in a mixed ability classroom

Remuneration

n

Teaching staff at the College are covered by the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Teachers - Model C) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.

n

Remuneration level is based on demonstrated experience in Teaching.

n
