Teachers Health is looking for a customer-focused and technically minded Business Systems Analyst to join our close-knit Information Services team.
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and administering our core business systems, including HAMBS and e5 applications. From resolving system issues and managing data updates to supporting upgrades and enhancements, you'll help ensure our systems run efficiently and continue to support excellent outcomes for our members and employees.

What will you do? / How will you help?
- Provide application support for HAMBS, e5 and other core business systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues raised by business users.
- Manage data updates, benefit changes, provider maintenance and contract updates.
- Coordinate with software vendors on system incidents, enhancements and upgrades.
- Support system releases, testing activities and implementation of new products and services.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience supporting and administering business applications or enterprise systems.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A strong customer service focus and ability to build effective working relationships.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
- SQL knowledge and experience.
- Experience with HAMBS or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience working with software vendors and third-party support providers.
