Grovedale

Become a Woodlander!

We're looking for a Campus Admin to join our team in Grovedale and help create a welcoming, organised and positive experience for our children, families and educators. This is a role with variety. You'll be the welcoming face of the campus, support families through their enrolment journey, keep administration and paperwork on track, and work closely with the Campus Manager to help the day-to-day campus run smoothly.

But this isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. As part of our campus team, you'll also occasionally step into the rooms to support our educators and children when additional hands are needed.

What you'll be doing

- Welcome families and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Conduct engaging campus tours and help prospective families understand what makes Woodlands special.
- Respond to phone calls, emails and family enquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Support families throughout the enrolment process, including paperwork, documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate enrolment, attendance and campus records.
- Prepare and manage administrative documentation and assist with compliance requirements.
- Support the Campus Manager with reporting, correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate campus communications, events and family engagement activities.
- Work closely with educators and leadership to ensure information is communicated effectively.
- Help keep the campus organised, professional and ready for families each day.

- Provide occasional hands-on support in the rooms when required to support staffing and maintain safe ratios.
- Be a reliable and proactive support to the Campus Manager and wider campus team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and naturally people-focused, with the confidence to work across both administration and the broader campus environment.

You will ideally have

- A recognised early childhood education and care qualification that enables you to work directly with children and be counted in ratios, such as a Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification.
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with families and conducting campus tours.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A warm, approachable and professional manner.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- A genuine interest in early childhood education and creating positive experiences for children and families.
- The flexibility and willingness to occasionally support educators on the floor when required.
- A current Working with Children Check and the relevant first aid,

CPR, mandatory reporting and child safety training requirements.

Experience in early childhood education or a childcare administration role will be highly regarded, but we are also open to people with strong administration and customer service experience who are looking to bring their skills into early childhood.
