Bee’s Knees Space Management is a growing local cleaning business servicing residential homes and holiday rentals across Phillip Island and San Remo. We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable local to join our small, supportive team.
For the right person this role could turn into poart time permanent poasition, and if growth continues, full time.
About the role
You’ll be assisting with
- General house cleaning
- Holiday rental / Airbnb cleans
- Maintaining high standards and attention to detail
All equipment and cleaning products are supplied, and training is provided — no prior cleaning experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
About you
This role would suit someone who:
- Is organised, punctual and reliable
- Has a strong eye for detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a small team
- Is looking to earn some extra income during school hours
- Lives locally on Phillip Island or in San Remo

This position is not suitable for applicants who already run their own cleaning business or take on regular private cleaning jobs on the side.
