We’re on the lookout for two experienced and motivated Casual Duty Managers (with an RMLV) to join our award-winning beachfront venue. With uninterrupted ocean views and a calendar filled with stunning weddings and private events, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As one of our casual Duty Managers, you’ll play a key role in managing event staff, ensuring each event runs seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll lead from the front—supporting staff, coordinating service, and creating memorable moments for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the smooth execution of weddings and private events

· Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team

· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met

· Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally

· Work closely with event coordinators, suppliers and caterers





· Ensure compliance with all licensing, RSA, and safety requirements

About You

- Current RSA & RMLV (Both essential)
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or supervisory role (hospitality/events preferred)
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, proactive attitude
- Passion for events, weddings, and creating great experiences
