We’re looking for a vibrant, caring, and people-loving Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice in Warragul. If you're a robust communicator who thrives in a wellness-focused environment and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives we’d love to meet you!
Your Role Will Include:
- Welcoming and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls, managing bookings, and assisting with enquiries
- Assisting the chiropractor with day-to-day flow, including:
- Paperwork and note organisation
- Taking posture and spinal photos
- Conducting thermal scans (training provided)
- Helping maintain a calm, clean, and positive clinic environment
- Supporting clients through their care journey with great energy and clear communication
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- A strong communicator, confident, clear and friendly
- Naturally extroverted and engaging
- Well organised, efficient, and proactive
- Local to the Warragul area and excited to support a growing health practice
- Comfortable learning basic tech/systems (training will be provided)
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
