- Demonstrate experience in delivering and improving educational programs
About you
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved or working towards)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
- Ability to build authentic, nurturing relationships with children and families through intentional interactions, curriculum, and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
