We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in Victoria. This is a newly created role due to robust organic growth. You will report directly to the Senior Engineer and have the backing of a team of over 500 experts nationally. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and reporting of road, drainage, sewer and water projects. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.
Specifically:
- Inspect OH&S; on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan
- Identify construction RFI’s on site and coordinate changes with design the team
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner
- Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing (sewer, water and compliance testing)
- Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.
