Our client, a growing, leading organisation is seeking an experienced Queensland Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead strategic growth initiatives and develop lasting client relationships across the Queensland market.

As the Queensland BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive new business development and revenue growth via A&D; and Hotel/Hospitality End Users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.

You will be an experienced Commercial BDM with a proven sales background in furniture, joinery or custom made interior fit out products. With experience selling & specifying premium interior products via Architects, Designers, builders and End Users you will have established relationships within the QLD market. The role will be based from home and supported by interstate estimating and project management teams.
