This is an exciting opportunity for an HR qualified who enjoys coordinating a broad range of HR activities and providing exceptional support across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR administration, managing employee records, supporting people initiatives, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will work across a variety of HR systems and processes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, role changes, and offboarding.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure employee changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and documentation across HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
- Support employee experience initiatives, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, reward and recognition programs, engagement surveys, and employee events.
- Coordinate immigration and visa-related administration for expatriate employees in collaboration with senior HR team members.
- Manage the HR and Learning inboxes, ensuring all employee and manager enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Liaise with HR system vendors to raise and resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain the HR Intranet, including organisational charts, policies, guides, and other resources.
- Prepare HR reports, including monthly people metrics and workforce reporting.
- Coordinate HR team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and distribution.
- Process HR-related invoices and expenses.
- Assist with maintaining and improving HR documentation, guides, manuals, and checklists.
- Provide administrative support for presentations, policy formatting, and other HR projects as required.
Learning & Development Support
- Coordinate internal and external training bookings through HR and learning management systems.
- Ensure training records and data are accurately maintained within HR and LMS platforms.
- Generate L&D; reports and training compliance data as required.
- Manage training invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, and post-training records.
- Coordinate training logistics, including room setup, resource preparation, catering requirements, and training materials.
- Support the management of training-related enquiries and requests through the Learning inbox.
Skills & Experience Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Coordinator, Administrator, or HR Support role.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience preparing, maintaining, and analysing HR data and reports.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
