We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a global not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices in a high volume environment as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates.
n
- Coordinate police and background checks for successful candidates.
n
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and assess candidates.
n
- Utilise Workday to manage the recruitment process.
n
- Source and recruit top talent for a quick-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
n
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
n
- Negotiate and extend offers of employment.
n
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
n
- 3+ years experience in high volume talent acquisition or recruitment.
n
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
n
- Experience using Workday.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
n
