The Role: Engineering Delivery Manager
n
We're looking for a driven and experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering outcomes for the Regional Maintenance Provider-East (RMP-E) program. Acting as the engineering delivery partner to the Program Manager, you'll oversee the planning,
coordination, and execution of engineering services to meet program cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and key suppliers
n
- Define and monitor engineering delivery strategy, schedules, and KPIs
n
- Manage risks, opportunities, and deliverables across the program lifecycle
n
- Oversee development and update of CDRLs and B2B processes with the customer
n
- Coordinate resource needs and communicate demand forecasts with HoDs
n
- Supervise engineering reviews, ensuring quality and timely delivery
n
- Support integration of engineering changes into maintenance workflows (AWL/MWL)
n
n
Your Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Degree-qualified in Engineering; Project Management certification preferred
n
- 7+ years in engineering and people leadership roles within maritime or related sectors
n
- Proven experience managing complex programs and engineering delivery frameworks
n
- Strong understanding of EVM and performance tracking tools
n
- Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, both internally and externally
n
- Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
n
- Ability to guide teams through complexity and ambiguity with sound decision-making
n
- Experience with communication systems highly regarded
