Join Our Hospitality Team

Location: Peppermint Grove, WA

Pay: $27.97 base rate per hour + Super

Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:00pm

We are seeking a Cold Larder team member to join our kitchen team at PLC Boarding in Peppermint Grove. You’ll prepare fresh meals and support a positive dining experience for up to 140 boarding students while being part of a welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cold larder items and assist with food preparation and service
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to students and staff
- Maintain stock levels and support daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organised,



and well presented
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards while performing efficiently during busy service periods

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment
- Proven experience in cold larder preparation and presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with robust attention to detail
- Professional, proactive team player with excellent communication skills
