As we continue to grow and optimise our portfolio, we’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to help drive profitable revenue growth through pricing and promotional analysis across our brands and channels.

About the Role

As the subject matter expert for pricing and promotions, you will provide critical insights that influence commercial decision-making and business performance. Working closely with the Planning and Merchandise teams, and reporting to the Commercial Manager (Brands), you will analyse large and complex datasets, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and support the execution of pricing and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver pricing and promotional analysis that drives profitable revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to optimise promotional performance, pricing and margin outcomes.
- Provide recommendations on markdowns, RRP changes and competitor pricing activity.
- Develop reporting, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Planning and Merchandise teams to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Ensure promotional data integrity and support enhancements to reporting capabilities.

What You'll Bring

- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.




- 3+ years' experience in analytics, commercial finance, consulting or consumer goods.
- Experience in pricing/promotions in a retail environment highly regarded but not essential.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail P&L; drivers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
