We are now looking to expand our bench with exceptional Commercial Lawyers who are looking to discover the freedom our Vario community embraces. We are currently actively supporting a client with a need for this skillset.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

- A qualified lawyer with upwards of 2 years’ PQE and a strong academic background
- Drafting, advising and negotiating commercial contracts




- Regulatory and Compliance - managing legal risk across a broad range of legal matters
- Experience in small business sales, exposure to the agricultural sector would be desirable
- Law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing recent work cultures
- Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
