At IQPC, the audience is the product. As the Conference Producer, Speaker & Industry Engagement Lead, you build it: landing the speakers, leaders and voices that make an event worth attending, then working with your team and industry through the lead-up and onto the day to bring it to life.

IQPC runs live events where entire industries show up: customer experience, finance, energy, cyber, AI, defence and more. No two are the same. Every event means a new industry, new problems, recent people.

As Conference Producer, you dig into what's actually keeping that industry up at night, then build the platform for them to solve it. That means calling and meeting senior industry leaders to get them on your program. You turn a blank page into an agenda industry actually wants to attend. Then you work with your team, sales, marketing, ops, to turn that program into a live event that delivers: hundreds of decision-makers, together, because you made it happen.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Your product is the audience. The agenda is how you build it, secure it, and deliver it.

- Build the agenda: work out which speakers, leaders and voices will make people want to attend.
- Get on the phone, all day, to land them: cold calls, warm calls, follow ups.
- Meet industry leaders: coffees, site visits, industry events, conferences you don't even run yet.
- Build a real black book across your industry: real names, real numbers, real relationships.
- Invite and work with senior leaders,



CEOs, GMs, regulators, to speak on your conference agenda.
- Own the whole project: set the direction, chase the deadlines, and pull your internal team (marketing, sales, ops) forward with you like it's your own business.
- Work with your team and industry through the lead-up, and onto audience delivery: the weeks of planning that turn into the day the agenda you built comes to life and industry shows up.
- Dive into a new industry every time: new people, current language, new problems to get across fast, and genuinely enjoy the ride.
