Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in hotel, hospitality and F&B; construction projects to lead projects from design and pre-construction through to completion and handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating consultants and contractors, controlling programme, cost and quality, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage hotel, hospitality and F&B; construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Manage the overall project programme, budget, quality, procurement and construction activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, specialist vendors and authorities.
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts and construction programmes.
- Monitor project progress against agreed time, cost and quality objectives.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide explicit progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Identify project risks, delays, design issues and potential cost impacts, and implement mitigation measures.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate MEP, architectural, interior design, kitchen equipment,



specialist F&B; systems and other hospitality-related works.
- Work closely with procurement and commercial teams on tendering, contract administration, variations and claims.
- Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, defects and final handover.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals, records and close-out requirements are completed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
- 8–12+ years of project management experience within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing hotel, hospitality, F&B;, restaurant, retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, programme management and contract administration.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Good knowledge of architectural, structural and MEP works.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, procurement and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively.
