Join the team at MONDAY Haircare as we expand our beauty vertical with exciting recent brands, including Being Haircare, DAISE Beauty and more to come. We're on the lookout for a creative and digitally savvy Content Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
This is a 3-day per week, 3-month internship starting ASAP, perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty business.
What You'll Do:
- Content Planning: Support in building out TikTok and Instagram content calendars across
MONDAY and new brands.
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to research and concept brand campaigns that ladder up to key business objectives.
- Digital Marketing Support: Work with the Digital team to adapt creative assets for paid media, ensuring high pertormance across platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor ad and content performance,
helping optimize organic and paid assets for engagement and reach.
- Content Creation: Assist in producing organic social assets for brand milestones, product launches, and seasonal moments aligned to the annual marketing calendar.
- Cultural & Competitor Scanning: Conduct bi-weekly trend and competitor scans to keep our content offering fresh, relevant, and culturally on point.
- Calendar Creative: Brainstorm and develop content series around key moments - think Holidays, New Market Launches, Product Drops, and more.

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and brimming with fresh ideas. Bonus points if you're TikTok-native and live and breathe the beauty space.
