Chef / Cook — Asian-Inspired Brunch Kitchen | Carlton
Plus Coffee & Kitchen is looking for a chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy specialty coffee and brunch venue with an Asian-fusion, spice-forward menu — think Singapore chilli crab omelette, Turkish eggs with spiced lamb, lobster spaghetti and house ramen.
The role
- Full-time / part time, day shifts only — no late nights
- Run your section confidently through a high-volume brunch service
- Work with the head chef on specials and seasonal menu development
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safety compliant
We’re looking for someone who
- Has 2+ years in a professional kitchen (café or restaurant)
- Can hold their own on a busy weekend service
- Is reliable, tidy and communicates well with the floor team
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Asian cuisine experience is a bonus,
not essential — we’ll teach the rest
