Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, maintaining accurate volunteer records, and scheduling volunteer activities.

The role involves designing and delivering basic training, providing ongoing guidance, and ensuring volunteers understand their responsibilities and organizational policies. The Coordinator of Volunteers will communicate regularly with volunteers and internal stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and help resolve issues in a timely and respectful manner. The coordinator will also support community outreach efforts, help promote volunteer opportunities through online channels, and contribute to continuous improvement of volunteer programs.

- Candidates should possess skills in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training to effectively recruit, onboard, and support volunteers.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, provide clear guidance, and collaborate with diverse groups.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to promote volunteer opportunities and strengthen relationships with partner organizations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and use digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, or events is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
