Role Description The Counter Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area, responsible for leading the daily operations of a La Prairie counter. The role includes supervising and motivating the counter team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a luxurious, welcoming environment for clients.
The Counter
Manager oversees product presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards, while driving sales performance and achieving targets. This role also involves delivering expert product knowledge, conducting tailored client consultations, and organizing events or promotions to grow the customer base. Additionally, reporting on sales and performance metrics, and upholding La Prairie brand guidelines and service standards.
What you need to bring?
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Solid product knowledge in skincare and beauty,
with a passion for luxury products and brand storytelling.
- Proven customer service skills, with experience delivering high-touch, personalized client experiences.
- Mentoring retail or beauty advisors to achieve performance goals.
- Background in retail, beauty, or luxury sales, ideally in a counter or store management position.
