My Jewellery Shop is an independent, family-owned jeweller with over 45 years of experience in the beautiful world of fine jewellery. We are passionate about delivering the highest standard of service and pride ourselves on offering genuine expertise, honest advice, and a truly personal experience. We specialise in jewellery repairs, remodelling and custom design, and offer a one-on-one design service with quality workmanship and exceptional attention to detail.

Our boutique showroom in Nobby Beach carries an extensive range of fine jewellery and watches, and we have an on-site workshop supported by our master jewellers.

We are looking for a warm, curious, and genuinely passionate person to join our close-knit team. THE ROLE

As part of our Customer Service and Jewellery Design team, you will be the face of our boutique showroom, working alongside our experienced consultants to deliver a memorable, personalised experience to every client. You will guide clients through our range, assist them in exploring custom design and jewellery remodelling, and help bring their vision to life. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to develop specialist skills including permanent jewellery, CAD design, and AI-assisted design tools, working directly with our master jewellers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

● At least one year of experience in a jewellery, luxury retail, or design environment, though we value the right attitude and genuine passion above all else

● A warm, patient,



and genuinely curious nature with a natural ability to build rapport with clients

● Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills with a real interest in understanding what each client needs

● A high standard of personal presentation and genuine pride in your work

● Confident and considered selling skills with the ability to guide clients through our products and services in a way that feels personal, not transactional

● An eye for creative styling and visual merchandising

● Comfortable across the digital tools and platforms that are shaping the future of retail and design

● A true team player who is collaborative, reliable, and happy to support wherever the team needs you

WHAT WE OFFER

● A permanent part time role with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, growing to 25 or more hours depending on the season
