Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in-store and over the phone

- Provide advice on hardware tools, garden supplies, and DIY products.

- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure a welcoming environment.

- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.

- Will include weekend work on a rostered basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in hardware or gardening

- Current forklift licence advantageous.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of gardening, paint, power tools and hardware beneficial.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

- Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
