About the role:
In this role, you will work alongside an incredibly talented allied health team to deliver exceptional, family-centered care. Key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside children, young people, and their families to set meaningful goals, develop strategies, and support their implementation across daily living skills.
- Empowering clients and families to build independence in areas such as fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, emotion regulation, and community inclusion.
- Conducting comprehensive formal assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborating efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best-practice, integrated care.
- Supporting families through a keyworker model of practice and parent coaching.
- Utilizing flexible service delivery models, including in-clinic therapy and telehealth sessions.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration: Current registration with AHPRA (Occupational Therapy Board of Australia).
- Experience Level: Experienced OTs, new graduates, and candidates seeking entry-level/assistant roles transitioning into clinical practice are all welcome to apply.
- Rights to Work: Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Clearances & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License, National Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
