The Company:
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer specialising in sustainable packaging solutions, including high-volume aluminium can production. Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong South, they pride themselves on maintaining exceptional safety standards, fostering a supportive team setting, and delivering continuous growth opportunities for their workforce.

Position Requirements:

- Valid High Risk Work Licence for Forklifts (LF).
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (packaging or high-speed manufacturing background highly regarded).
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Physical fitness and reliability to comfortably work 12-hour shifts.




- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy team.

On Offer:

- Weekly Earnings: $1,520 - $1,620 gross average weekly pay.
- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (enjoy 3 days off every week!)
- Work Environment: Clean, modern manufacturing plant with full training provided.
