Workshop and Warehouse Manager

You take pride in running a workshop where nothing falls through the cracks.

This role exists to run everything out the back of TC Boxes, the workshop and the warehouse, as one tight operation. You are hands on in installs yourself, and you are the reason the back of house is never why a job runs late or a customer is let down.

You report to the Site Manager, and together you keep the workshop and warehouse connected so every install reflects the standard our customers expect.

TC Boxes was born with the straightforward objective of providing safe, reliable, and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As we developed our business, we found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on our Ute.

The Role

You own the workshop and warehouse day to day, hands on.

- Lead installs and repairs to a high standard, on time every time
- Manage vehicle movements, job sequencing and workshop flow
- Oversee stock levels, warehouse organisation and dispatch
- Coach and develop the team through hands on leadership
- Uphold quality and safety standards on every job that leaves
- Keep the Site Manager informed on jobs and team performance




- Build reliable relationships with suppliers and customers

Based in Campbellfield, working Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month, 8am to 12pm.

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who leads by doing, not by telling, and who takes real pride in the standard of every job that leaves the workshop.

- Hands on experience in vehicle accessory install or repair
- Practical understanding of stock control and warehouse setup
- Forklift licence and current driver's licence
- Strong troubleshooting skills and initiative
- Practical knowledge of 12V electrical systems (highly regarded)
