You’ll be joining a young, energetic and collaborative team that genuinely values flexibility, creativity and quality care. The team is growing, with an experienced OT Team Leader joining and a graduate program launching next year.
This role is open to early career OTs, experienced clinicians and paediatric-focused therapists who want to work in a supportive, versatile and values-led environment.
About the Role
This is a community-based paediatric OT role supporting children and families across the Western Suburbs.
You’ll work with children presenting with autism, ADHD, FASD, developmental delays and trauma-related needs. Clients are referred through the NDIS, private pathways, Medicare and child protection services.
There is no clinic work, however the organisation has an office and resource centre available for planning, resources, team connection and support.
Most work is completed across schools, homes and community settings, with some opportunities to spend full days based at schools where appropriate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a paediatric caseload across the Western Suburbs
- Delivering OT services in schools, homes and community settings
- Working with children with autism, ADHD, FASD and trauma-informed support needs
- Completing assessments, therapy, reporting and resource development
- Collaborating with families, schools and external stakeholders
- Working alongside OTs, Allied Health Assistants and OT students
- Contributing ideas to help shape services, programs and resources
- Managing your own schedule with genuine flexibility

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
