The Role

An established Wollongong dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its new vehicle sales operation across two respected European marques.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, maintaining strong lead and enquiry conversion, overseeing deal structure and negotiations, monitoring stock and ensuring the department consistently delivers against volume, gross and customer satisfaction targets.

You’ll work closely with senior dealership management while setting the pace on the showroom floor, coaching the team, maintaining accountability and ensuring every sales opportunity is followed through.

You’ll Need

You’ll have proven automotive dealership sales management experience and a strong understanding of new vehicle retail operations.

You’ll be commercially focused, confident managing people and performance, and capable of driving both volume and profitability. Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to coach salespeople, manage pipelines and maintain high standards across the department.





You’ll be comfortable working to targets, analysing results and implementing the actions needed to keep performance moving in the right direction.

A current driver’s licence is essential.
