This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain a caseload. It will suit an experienced clinician who wants a challenge, enjoys problem-solving and is confident helping develop services, systems and clinical standards.
About the Role You’ll support adult NDIS participants aged 18 and above across community settings, primarily across Melbourne’s North and West.
The caseload will include a mix of physical disability, mental health, housing needs, functional assessments, home modifications and broader NDIS-related supports.
The role is fully community-based, with flexibility to work from home where possible or access the office when needed. Referrals are ideally kept within around 30 minutes of the clinician’s home to support work-life balance and manageable travel.
You’ll also have the opportunity to provide supervision, support service development and help grow the Allied Health team over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting adult NDIS participants aged 18+
- Completing functional assessments and NDIS reports
- Providing support across housing, home modifications and community access
- Working with participants with physical disability and psychosocial needs
- Managing your own calendar and appointments with flexibility
- Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team
- Providing supervision and clinical guidance as the team grows
- Helping shape the development of Allied Health services
- Working closely with ethical providers and community stakeholders

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Solid NDIS experience highly regarded
