Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible role within a growing multidisciplinary Allied Health team?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing Allied Health provider delivering services across Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland. The organisation has recently opened its first multidisciplinary clinic in Avondale Heights, supporting clients across clinic and community settings throughout Western Melbourne.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Podiatrists, with strong admin support and a genuine focus on teamwork, professional development and quality care.

This role would suit a Speech Pathologist with at least 1 to 2 years of experience who wants flexibility, variety and the chance to help grow Speech Pathology services within an established MDT.

About the Role
You’ll support a mixed caseload across NDIS, Medicare, Support at Home and private clients.

The Speech Pathology caseload is expected to be primarily paediatric, with an approximate 80/20 paediatric to adult split, depending on referrals and clinician interest.

The role includes a mix of clinic-based and community work across Western Melbourne. You can structure your week with around 2 to 3 clinic days, with community work tailored around service needs and your interests.

There is flexibility to work full time or part-time, with a minimum of 3 days preferred. The organisation may consider 2 days for the right clinician.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting a mixed Speech Pathology caseload, mainly paediatric
- Delivering therapy across clinic and community settings
- Working with NDIS, Medicare, Support at Home and private clients
- Collaborating with OTs, Physios, Dietitians and Podiatrists
- Providing assessments, therapy, documentation and reports




- Building strong relationships with families, clients and referrers
- Supporting cross-referrals within a growing MDT
- Helping shape and grow Speech Pathology services in Western Melbourne

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
