About the role
We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join a premium mobile rehabilitation provider in Stirling, WA. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, whether you are an experienced community OT looking for greater flexibility or a clinician wanting to build confidence with the support of a strong mentoring team. You will complete home visits supporting a broad range of adult clients across various funding streams, helping them regain function, maximise independence and remain safe in their own homes and communities through holistic assessment, equipment prescription, environmental modifications and tailored therapy programs. There is a strong collaborative aspect to the role, working internally with a multidisciplinary team spanning physiotherapy, OT, remedial massage, podiatry, speech pathology and dietetics, and externally with coordinators, equipment suppliers, clients, families and carers.
- Complete complex home modifications
- Prescribe assistive technology, including equipment trials and recommendations
- Conduct functional capacity and independence assessments
- Deliver falls prevention, education and ageing-in-place interventions
- Contribute to collaborative multidisciplinary care planning
- Support geriatric and aged care, neurological rehabilitation and disability populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

About You:
- Occupational Therapy degree recognised in Australia
- Current AHPRA registration
- Qualified indemnity insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good clinical reasoning
- Eligible to work in Australia
