- Conduct meticulous quality inspections to ensure absolute design compliance.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Site Manager on aged care, retirement living, or health projects.
- Strong background in managing complex services integration and high-end finishes.
- Exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage local trades and subcontractors.
- Thorough understanding of WA building regulations, OHS legislation,



and QA processes.
- Relevant building trade qualification or a tertiary Construction Management degree.
