A well-established roofing and construction business is seeking a motivated and reliable Business Administration Trainee to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business while learning a variety of administration functions in a supportive office environment. You will gain practical experience across office operations, customer service, invoicing, document management, and the use of a building drawing system to support project coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- General administration and office support
- Data entry and record management
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Preparing business documents and correspondence
- Maintaining electronic filing systems
- Assisting with project administration
- Learning to interpret and work with building drawings using the company's drawing system
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal team members
- Supporting day-to-day business operations
About You
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in administration and the construction industry
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Driver's licence desirable but not essential
