What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support across home, school and community settings
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants across autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental disability and complex behaviours

- Achievable KPIs designed to support sustainable workloads and work-life balance
- Ongoing professional development and career opportunities within a national allied health organisation
What You'll Bring
- Current NDIS Commission suitability at Core level or above
- Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle – this is a mobile community role
