Already working in Telco rigging and looking for something a bit more reliable long term?

This is a permanent Second Man Rigger role with an established Telco business delivering work across major carrier projects.

You'll join an experienced crew and stick with the same crew across projects, rather than getting moved around between different teams all the time. You'll get to know the people you're working with and how everyone works together.

The projects and locations will change, so you'll need to be flexible with travel, rosters and where the work takes you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Install steelwork, antennas, RRUs, RF feeders and hybrid cabling across tower and rooftop sites.
- Complete earthing, terminations, upgrades, maintenance and structural strengthening while supporting fault finding and rectification.
- Carry out testing using PIM, Site Master, spectrum analyser and fibre testing equipment.

What Will Make You Successful

- Hands on Telecoms rigging experience, ideally with exposure to major carrier networks.
- Everything you need to do your job safely, including Working at Heights, Tower Rescue, Dogging/Rigging, EWP, and RADHAZ Tickets (if some have lapsed, no dramas just let us know).
- Comfortable travelling and adapting to changing rosters, project locations and site requirements.
