HSE Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to support civil construction and mining projects across Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a solid safety culture, ensuring legislative compliance, and providing practical HSE support to site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project teams with HSE compliance and safety initiatives.
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Maintain HSE documentation and reporting requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Requirements

- Proven HSE experience within Civil Construction or Mining.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Lead ICAM Certificate.
- HR Driver's License, First Aid & White Card.




- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Desirable

- Cert III Civil Construction.
- Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work Training.
- HLTPAT005 - Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing.
