About the Role

As Centre Director, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership and operation of the service, creating a positive environment where children thrive, educators feel supported and families feel connected.

You will lead:

- Day-to-day centre operations and performance
- Team leadership, mentoring and development
- Recruitment, onboarding and retention of educators
- Quality improvement and continuous improvement
- NQF,



NQS and regulatory compliance
- QIP development and Assessment & Rating preparation
- Child safety and safeguarding practices
- Family and community engagement
- Centre occupancy and enrolment growth
- Financial and operational performance
- Building a strong, positive and accountable centre culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate early childhood leader who:

- Has previous Centre Director/Service Manager experience (2+ years)
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood
- Has strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF/VEYLDF and relevant Victorian regulations
- Is a confident people leader who can inspire and develop a team
- Has strong operational and compliance knowledge
- Understands how to build occupancy and strong family relationships
- Is passionate about quality outcomes for children
- Leads with integrity, accountability and professionalism
- Wants to continue developing their career within the early childhood sector
