The opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician for our Perth, Western Australia team.

This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who wants steady work, valuable equipment, proper pay and the freedom to get on with the job.

You’ll service a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout Perth and surrounding areas, working across:

- Split systems
- Ducted systems
- VRV / VRF
- Chillers
- Commercial refrigeration
- Cool rooms and freezer rooms
- Mechanical plant
- Controls and BMS

You’ll have a planned schedule, a solid client base and a supportive team behind you — not constant chaos and unrealistic workloads.

What you’ll be doing

- Service, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Complete planned preventative maintenance
- Fault-find mechanical, electrical and controls issues
- Install, commission and decommission HVAC/R equipment
- Attend breakdowns and resolve faults efficiently
- Complete digital service reports, photos and asset information
- Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts
- Work with dispatch to plan your day and keep jobs moving

What you’ll bring

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
- Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Restricted electrical licence where applicable




- Proven commercial HVAC/R experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Qualified approach to safety and quality
