We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into reliable, high-quality datasets that support business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Build and optimize data solutions using Snowflake.
- Develop data ingestion processes from databases, APIs, files, and third-party systems.




- Create efficient data models, schemas, views, and transformation logic.
- Implement batch and real-time data processing solutions.
- Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot performance, reliability, and data-quality issues.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, governance, and quality checks.
- Optimize Snowflake queries, warehouses, storage, and compute costs.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Support reporting and analytics platforms by delivering trusted and well-documented datasets.
- Maintain technical documentation for data models, pipelines, workflows, and processes.
- Follow security, privacy, and compliance standards for handling enterprise data.

Required Skills:

- Snowflake, dbt and Airflow: deep, hands-on production experience across all three.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
- AWS platform and infrastructure, ideally with infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to architect, design and build data solutions and pipelines at scale.
- Experience in complex, multi-tenant environments where reliability, performance and cost all matter.
- End-to-end ownership, from platform and infrastructure through to the pipelines themselves.
- Strong engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, observability, and a genuine sense of ownership.
- The ability to set patterns and standards others build on, and to lift the engineering around them.
- Comfort operating to a high bar in a selective, high-performing team.
