The Role : As a Data & AI Analyst you will be involved in delivering projects based on the Microsoft Azure Data Services. This is your opportunity to help uncover, analyse and create insights and AI/ML model. Experience expert mentoring and use the prospect to demonstrate your strengths with data. Make a real impact as, together, we empower client-lead data strategy and management. Work from our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Manager & Technical Lead to complete project tasks and to develop components as required.
- Collaborate with the Data Architect / Technical Lead and other stakeholders to understand the detailed requirements for a project.
- Ensure that all components are developed as per the implementation methodology.
- Continue to develop technical capabilities and knowledge.
- Customer Engagement & Commercial Development.
- Participate in the presales process accessing the clients’ needs if required.
- Provide inputs to technical solution design and proposal writing if required.
- Ensure billable hour targets are met.
- To be actively involved in Brennan IT’s Best Practice and Continuous Improvement program.
- To review, create and maintain internal documentation and processes with the primary goal of achieving service delivery efficiencies.

Skills/Experience required
- Recent, relevant experience delivering data, analytics or AI solutions in consulting, professional services or comparable client environments.
- Hands-on experience Microsoft Fabric solutions, supported by Azure and Power BI.
- End-to-end modern data platform experience spanning data integration and engineering, lakehouse or warehouse design, semantic models, analytics, deployment and production support.
- Practical or theoretical experience deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents into production and taking AI use cases from discovery or prototype into secure, supported environments, including enterprise data and process integration, security controls, testing, monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making / problem solving skills
- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Degree in Information Technology or similar (or equivalent experience)
