Mogu Mogu is looking for a reliable and punctual part-time Delivery Driver to deliver freshly prepared products from our central kitchen in Leichhardt to our stores, wholesale customers and other locations across Sydney.
Most deliveries take place in the morning. The successful candidate should be comfortable driving in the Sydney CBD, planning efficient routes and completing deliveries safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect products and delivery orders from our central kitchen each morning
- Deliver products to multiple stores and customer locations across Sydney
- Complete deliveries accurately and within the required timeframes
- Load and unload products carefully and safely
- Check delivery quantities against delivery dockets
- Obtain signatures or delivery confirmation where required
- Maintain appropriate product handling and food safety standards during transport
- Communicate promptly with the operations team regarding delays, delivery issues or incorrect orders
- Keep the delivery van clean, organised and in good condition
- Assist with light loading, stock organisation or other general duties when required
Requirements
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- A safe and responsible driving record
- Confidence driving an automatic van
- Good knowledge of Sydney CBD roads, loading zones and surrounding areas
- Robust punctuality, reliability and time-management skills
- Ability to plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Ability to lift and carry delivery boxes and products
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Working Hours
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Mainly morning shifts
- Working days and start times may vary depending on the delivery schedule
