A Day in the Life
As our Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the forecasting strategy for our Consumer Products Division, reporting to the Supply Chain Director. You will drive S&OP; excellence and lead a talented team.
- S&OP; &
- Consensus Building:
- Lead demand planning to build consensus between commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history.
- Coordinate the monthly S&OP; process with Marketing, Supply Planning, Business Planning, and Finance.
- Launch &
- Promo Execution:
- Size and plan baseline, promotional activities, and Recent Product Developments (NPDs).
- Collaborate with Key Account Supply Chain and Sales to ensure perfect in-store launch execution.
- Performance &
- Best Practices:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) on forecast accuracy and define robust improvement plans.
- Implement best practices in collaboration with the Local Business Owner and the Zone teams.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and manage your team,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and expertise sharing.
- Implement organizational changes in line with budgets and business trends.
