Sea World Resort is on the hunt for a passionate Demi Chef to join our fast-paced, fun-loving kitchen crew! If you’ve got a love for food, a flair for flavour, and the skills to take your cooking to the next level, this is your moment. Our kitchen is the beating heart of the resort, buzzing with energy, creativity, and seriously good food. You’ll work alongside an awesome team of chefs to deliver delicious,



high-quality meals and create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to our resort standards
- Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Working closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team to keep things running like clockwork
- Catering to dietary requirements with confidence, flexibility and care
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior kitchen team members
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Contributing ideas, energy and creativity to a kitchen that’s always striving to deliver its best

What You’ll Bring To The Table

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and relevant commercial kitchen experience
- Experience working as a Demi Chef or in a similar role
- A genuine passion for food, teamwork and delivering great dining experiences
- The confidence to work independently while being a supportive team player
- A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Knowledge of dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances, with the ability to prepare and plate meals safely
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to keep developing your culinary skills
