Our Melbourne office is the regional hub for Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). We're growing quick — and we're looking for a Demand Planner to keep our supply chain one step ahead of demand.

About the Role

As Demand Planner for the ANZ region, you will sit at the heart of our regional supply chain, translating market insight into accurate demand forecasts. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time — driving availability, reducing excess, and directly supporting regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Planning

Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for the ANZ portfolio across all channels (online, retail, distribution)

Build consensus forecasts by integrating sales inputs, historical trends, promotional plans, and market intelligence

S&OP; & Collaboration

Support the monthly S&OP; / demand review process, presenting forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership

Act as the key interface between local commercial teams and global supply chain/planning functions

Inventory & Performance Management

Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE/BIAS), identify root causes of deviation,



and drive continuous improvement

Partner with supply teams to optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment to balance availability and working capital

Data & Insights

Analyze sell-through, sell-in, seasonality, and promotional lift to improve forecasting models

Maintain and improve planning tools, dashboards, and master data quality

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory, or forecasting (consumer electronics / FMCG / retail experience preferred)

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, or similar) is a plus

Solid understanding of forecasting fundamentals, S&OP;, and inventory management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across time zones and functions

Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

APICS CPIM / CSCP certification or progress toward it

Experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods

Familiarity with promotional planning and new-product launch forecasting
